Application for registration.—Every web aggregator carrying on the display of insurance products on a website shall make an application for registration to the Government of Assam in Form IRDA-8, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every nomination held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and twenty days from that date.
