Application for registration.—Every trade marks agent carrying on the practice as a trade marks agent shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Geographical Indications in Form 3, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of four thousand rupees and a statement of every certificate of registration held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
