Application for registration.—Every holder of a composite licence carrying on the working of a composite licence shall make an application for registration to the Controller General in Form K, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every mining plan held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three hundred and sixty-five days from that date.
