Surrender of certificate.—Every auctioneer who ceases to carry on the sale of goods by auction shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every agreement held by him has been disposed of.
