Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a cinema shall apply to the Press Council in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Press Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
