Intimation of change.—Every owner of a hoarding shall intimate to the Municipal Council, in Form G and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Municipal Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
