Intimation of change.—Every person holding an authorisation shall intimate to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal, in Form H and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
