Surrender of certificate.—Every generator of hazardous waste who ceases to carry on the generation of hazardous waste shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Central Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every register of consents held by him has been disposed of.
