Surrender of certificate.—Every trustee who ceases to carry on the administration of the Fund shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Haryana in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 5 of the manner in which every scheme held by him has been disposed of.
