Safe custody.—Every person residing in a prohibited area shall keep every canteen stock to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where residence in a prohibited area is carried on, shall record in Form A the description of every canteen stock so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Chief Executive Officer of the Cantonment within three days of the close of each year.
