Surrender of certificate.—Every stock broker who ceases to carry on the business of a stock broker shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Clearing Corporation in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every client agreement held by him has been disposed of.
