Periodical return.—Every executive officer of a temple carrying on the administration of a temple shall furnish to the Deputy Charity Commissioner, within sixty days of the close of each year, a return in Form A of every trust property received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for one hundred and eighty days from the date on which it is furnished.
