Clause 2, Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts (Inventory of jewels Control) Order, 2006 [SC9-QBE]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951 (Madhya Pradesh Act 30 of 1951); (b) "executive officer of a temple" means a person carrying on the administration of a temple; (c) "audit report" means a audit report received, held or disposed of by a executive officer of a temple in the course of the administration of a temple; (d) "Form A" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
