Surrender of certificate.—Every air cargo agent who ceases to carry on the booking of cargo for carriage by air shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CA-7 of the manner in which every navigation aid held by him has been disposed of.
