Surrender of certificate.—Every recognised agent who ceases to carry on the representation of parties as a recognised agent shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the High Court in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every exhibit held by him has been disposed of.
