Application for registration.—Every recognised agent carrying on the representation of parties as a recognised agent shall make an application for registration to the High Court in Form F, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees and a statement of every document held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
