Application for registration.—Every grantee carrying on the receipt of grants shall make an application for registration to the Procurement Authority in Form GFR 25, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every bond held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
