Intimation of change.—Every grantee shall intimate to the Procurement Authority, in Form GFR 21 and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Procurement Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
