Rule 3, Puducherry Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Manner of Application) Rules, 2026 [SC9-D7H]

Application for registration.—Every licensee of a patent carrying on the working of a patent under licence shall make an application for registration to the Appellate Board in Form 5, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of eight thousand rupees and a statement of every register of patents held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
