Safe custody.—Every person converting agricultural land shall keep every holding to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural use is carried on, shall record in Form 8 the description of every holding so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Sub-Divisional Officer within thirty days of the close of each year.
