Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the private tutor shall apply to the District Education Officer in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the District Education Officer shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
