Application for registration.—Every private tutor carrying on the giving of private tuition shall make an application for registration to the District Education Officer in Form D, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every school building held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
