Application for registration.—Every electronic commerce operator carrying on the operation of an electronic commerce platform shall make an application for registration to the Joint Commissioner in Form GST DRC-03, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every consignment held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty days from that date.
