Application for registration.—Every owner of a brick kiln carrying on the working of a brick kiln shall make an application for registration to the Divisional Forest Officer in Form V, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every register of consents held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
