Appeal.—An appeal against an order made under these bye-laws shall be preferred by the auditor aggrieved by it in Form DIR-12 within seven days of the communication of the order, and shall be accompanied by a certified copy of the order appealed against, a statement of the grounds of appeal and a fee of five thousand rupees; and an appeal preferred after that period shall be accompanied by a statement of the reasons for the delay.
