Intimation of change.—Every auditor shall intimate to the Official Liquidator, in Form DIR-12 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Official Liquidator shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
