Application for registration.—Every auditor carrying on the audit of accounts of a company shall make an application for registration to the Official Liquidator in Form ADT-1, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these bye-laws, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every register of charges held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
