Surrender of certificate.—Every dairy farmer who ceases to carry on the keeping of milch cattle shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every licence held by him has been disposed of.
