Application for registration.—Every seller of goods on an electronic platform carrying on the sale of goods on an electronic platform shall make an application for registration to the National Commission in Form A, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every weighing instrument held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
