Intimation of change.—Every annuity service provider shall intimate to the Employees' Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal, in Form 13 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Employees' Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
