Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the grazier on Government waste land shall apply to the Collector in Form 1 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Collector shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
