Application for registration.—Every shelter home carrying on the running of a shelter home shall make an application for registration to the Commission in Form VIII, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every report held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three days from that date.
