Application for registration.—Every foster parent carrying on the foster care of a child shall make an application for registration to the Family Court in Form IV, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every declaration held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
