Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any financial institution dies, his legal representative shall, within fourteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies in Form D, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of loans then held; and the Registrar of Co-operative Societies shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
