Surrender of certificate.—Every community radio station who ceases to carry on the operation of a community radio station shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Advisory Panel in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form II of the manner in which every print line held by him has been disposed of.
