Intimation of change.—Every breeder shall intimate to the Registrar of Geographical Indications, in Form 9 and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Geographical Indications shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand six hundred rupees.
