Intimation of change.—Every owner of a well on Government land shall intimate to the Land Tribunal, in Form 1 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Land Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty rupees.
