Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a well on Government land who ceases to carry on the sinking of a well on Government land shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Land Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 1 of the manner in which every holding held by him has been disposed of.
