Intimation of change.—Every non-resident shall intimate to the Appellate Tribunal, in Form 26AS and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Appellate Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
