Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the electrical contractor shall apply to the Ombudsman in Form V for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Ombudsman shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
