Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the holder of a quarry lease shall apply to the Chief Inspector of Mines in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Chief Inspector of Mines shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
