Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any holder of a quarry lease dies, his legal representative shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Chief Inspector of Mines in Form B, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every sample of ore then held; and the Chief Inspector of Mines shall enter the intimation in the register within fifteen days of its receipt.
