Surrender of certificate.—Every holder of a reconnaissance permit who ceases to carry on reconnaissance operations shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Government in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form J of the manner in which every plan held by him has been disposed of.
