Surrender of certificate.—Every party to an arbitration agreement who ceases to carry on the reference of disputes to arbitration shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chairperson of the Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every arbitration agreement held by him has been disposed of.
