Surrender of certificate.—Every employer of apprentices who ceases to carry on the engagement of apprentices shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registering Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every attendance card held by him has been disposed of.
