Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the dealer in fertilisers shall apply to the Board in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
