Manner of service of orders.—An order or notice under these rules shall be served on the unorganised worker to whom it is addressed by delivering it to him personally, by registered post with acknowledgement due at the address specified in Form 12, or by electronic mail at the address furnished by him; and the Medical Benefit Council shall record the manner and the date of service within twenty-one days of the service.
