Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the registered valuer shall apply to the Dispute Resolution Panel in Form ITR-1 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Dispute Resolution Panel shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
