Application for registration.—Every manufacturer carrying on the manufacture of drugs shall make an application for registration to the State Medical Council in Form 28, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every batch held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
