Application for registration.—Every operator of a water supply scheme carrying on the operation of a water supply scheme shall make an application for registration to the Tribunal in Form H, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every register of users held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
